Service / Analytics & CRO
Measurement you can defend in a board meeting
Tracking rebuilt so the numbers survive scrutiny, and an experimentation programme aimed at the pages where money actually changes hands.
The problem
Analytics & CRO, honestly
Every account we audit reports a different revenue figure in three places. We rebuild the tracking, agree one source of truth, and then run experiments against it — because a conversion-rate programme built on broken data is just an expensive opinion.
What is included
Six things we own from day one
Tracking audit and rebuild
Events, parameters and server-side collection specified, implemented and validated against your billing data.
Attribution modelling
A model your finance team can follow, with its assumptions written down and its blind spots named.
Dashboarding
One dashboard per audience — operator, executive, board — instead of one dashboard nobody reads.
Experiment programme
A prioritised test backlog against the pages and flows where revenue is decided.
Qualitative research
Session replay, on-site polls and user interviews to explain the numbers the dashboard cannot.
Consent and privacy review
Consent mode, regional rules and data retention reviewed with your counsel before anything ships.
How it runs
The sequence, in order
Reconcile
Platform numbers, analytics and your billing system compared line by line until the gaps are explained.
Rebuild
Tracking respecified and implemented server-side where it matters, then validated against real orders.
Test
Experiments run one at a time on high-traffic flows, powered properly, called on pre-agreed rules.
Institutionalise
Results written into a decision log so the same test is not re-run in eighteen months.

Questions
Asked often enough to answer here
Do we need to replace our analytics stack?
Usually not. Most of what we find is misconfiguration, not the wrong tool. We will say plainly if a migration is the cheaper path.
How much traffic does testing require?
As a rough floor, a few hundred conversions a month on the flow being tested. Below that we focus on qualitative research and structural fixes instead.
Can you work alongside our data team?
Yes. Where you have one, we write specs, hand over implementation, and validate — we do not need to own the pipeline.
